What's Happening..

This week has been windy hot days. for the greenhouse. Moved all the plants from the greenhouse and they will be for sale at the market this weekend. We will also have tomatoes, peppers, jalapeno jelly and honey. Okra is 8 inches tall and potatoes are will be dug next week. Planted this week: pok choy, beets and dill.

You can order online by 2pm Saturday for your pickup on Sunday at the El Dorado Farmers & Art Market.

Weekly Recipe

Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients::

1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced (about 2 cups diced)

2/3 cup diced white onions

2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced (about 1 cup diced)

1 medium Jalapeno, seeded and diced

1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and chill for 24 hours before serving..
