What's Happening..

This week has been working on getting rid of the weeds and planting. Asparagus season is over and with the rains, the potatoes have taken off. Planted this week: pok choy, carrots, beets, cucumbers, and dill.

You can order online by 2pm the day before delivery to meet and pick up your order.

Weekly Recipe

Swiss Chard steamed with eggs

Ingredients:

2.5 oz. Swiss Chard

2 spring onions, whites sliced separate from greens

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Bread of your choice

To garnish sesame seeds

Directions:

1. Directions:

1.   Heat up a pan with the oil and fry your green onion bulbs until tender.

2.   Add turning heat low the garlic.

3.   Return to the heat and add in egg, scramble until cooked through.

4. Take the pan from the heat and serve with a cherry tomato and enjoy!
