These purple-red in color, 5-7 oz., 3-4" long, oblong, (plum-shaped to egg-shaped) with a blemish-free skin. Meaty and very flavorful, they are one of the best tasting purplish-red tomatoes, perfect for salads, sandwiches, slicing, salsa, sauce, puree, paste, and canning. Transplant outside when optimal temperatures are 75-85º.
